The Healthy Snack(s)
Whenever I'm out and about for the morning, this is my go-to snack pack - tides me over nicely until a late lunch:
1 x C Coconut Water

1 x banana

1 handful raw (pesticide-free) almonds

1 x Woolworths Select Almond & Cinnamon bar.

The Cause
Along with a few fabulous friends in "Team Halo" (they are very angelic), my good friend (and Mum of two) Nicola is taking part in the 2012 WildEndurance event - a 50km trek through the Blue Mountains in May, to raise funds for The Wilderness Society. The Wilderness Society (TWS) is a national, community-based, environmental advocacy organisation whose purpose is to protect, promote and restore wilderness and natural processes across Australia for the survival and ongoing evolution of life on Earth.
